  • Step1

    15 Min
    Lightly sauté shrimp shells in 1 tbsp oil. Crush shells to extract flavor. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  • Step2

    10 Min
    Sauté garlic, onion and carrot in remaining 2 tbsp of oil. Stir in flour and cook for 2mins. Stir in prepared shrimp stock and simmer. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
  • Step3

    5 Min
    Add shrimp, squid and crab sticks. Stir in NESTLE® All Purpose Cream and parsley. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
