Marinate fish with 2tbsp MAGGI® Savor Calamansi for 5mins. Dredge in flour, dip well with egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry in preheated oil for 2-3mins. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Mix NESTLE® All Purpose Cream, mayonnaise, garlic, 1 tbsp MAGGI® Savor Calamansi, spring onion and pepper.
