PRE-PORTION AND ARRANGE INGREDIENTS
To keep everything organized, it’s best to pre-portion the ingredients and arrange them according to when you’ll be using them
SUBSTITUTE PORK WITH CHICKEN
If you prefer not to eat ground pork, don’t worry and replace it with ground chicken, instead!
COOK THE VEGGIES LAST
Avoid overcooked and soggy vegetables and cook them last just before serving.

¼ cup vegetable oil
3 tbsps chopped garlic
1 cup chopped onions
200 g ground pork
1 cup boiled and flaked chicken breast
3 ½ cups water
2 tsp MAGGI Magic Sarap®
¼ cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
200 g sotangon noodles
200 g canton noodles
200 g fresh miki noodles
1 cup sliced string beans
1 cup julienned carrots
2 cups sliced cabbage
1 cup crushed chicharon, chopped for topping
¼ cup chopped spring onions
1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add ground pork and sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add chicken and pour water. Bring to a boil and season with MAGGI Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
3. Stir in 3 kinds of noodles, string beans, carrot and cabbage. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
4. Transfer into a serving plate and top with chicharon and spring onion.
