The strength of Oyster Sauce lies in its ability to improve a dish in more ways than one. Aside from enhancing the taste, it can also lend some heft to the texture! Suddenly, flat juices feel like a fancy restaurant-style reduction sauce in your mouth.
Here are some classic Pinoy dishes that you can turn sauce-yal with some MAGGI Oyster Sauce.
