5 Recipes Na Perfect Sa Christmas Party

‘Tis the season para magtipon! Dahil sunod-sunod ang handaan ngayong buwan ng Disyembre, nandito ang MAGGI® para tulungan kayo magluto ng toka niyo para sa salu-salo. ‘Wag kayong mag-alala dahil kabilang sa collection na ito ang inyong mga paborito. From Pork Barbeque hanggang Chicken Pancit Guisado, nandito lahat ‘yan para gawing Magical Ang Inyong Pasko!

1. Pork BBQ

BBQ

Ingredients:

½ kg Pork Shoulder
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Banana Catsup
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 pc Red Chili

Procedure:

  1. Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and skewer with barbeque sticks.
  2. Combine garlic, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce , catsup, sugar and chili.
  3. Brush pork with oil and grill for 1 minute per side. Brush with the barbeque sauce and continue to grill until golden brown. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.

 

2. Chicken Lollipop

Chicken-Lollipops

Ingredients:

½ kg Chicken Wings
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
½ cup All Purpose Flour
2 pcs Egg
2 cups Bread Crumbs
2 cups Vegetable Oil
1 ½ cups Preferred Dipping Sauce

Procedure:

  1. Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper.
  2. Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat well with bread crumbs. Set aside.
  3. Fry chicken in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with dipping sauce.

 

3. Pancit Bihon and Canton Guisado

Pancit-Bihon-Guisado

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
¼ Kg Pork Belly
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Piece Onion
2 Cups Water
6 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Maggi® Soy Cooking And Seasoning Sauce
2 Sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
¼ tsp Ground Pepper
¼ Kg Bihon
¼ Kg Pancit Canton
1 Piece Carrot
½ Head Cabbage
1 Cup Snow Peas
2 tsp Sesame Oil
10 Pieces Lime

Procedure:

  1. Sauté pork, garlic and onion in oil. Pour water and season with MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, soy sauce, MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper.
  2. Stir in bihon, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in pansit canton, carrot,cabbage and snow peas. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add sesame oil. Gently toss and transfer into a serving plate. Serve with calamansi

 

4. Special Pancit Canton

Ingredients:

0.15 kg Shrimp
8 g MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 head Garlic
1 pc Onion
2 pcs Chorizo
0.15 kg Squid Ball
3 cups Water
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
¼ cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
0.5 kg Pancit Canton
1 pc Carrot
1 cup Snow Peas
½ head Cabbage
1 tsp Sesame Oil
8 pcs Calamansi

Procedure:

  1. Season shrimp with 1⁄2 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, sauté in oil and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic, onion and chorizo and squid balls in remaining oil. Pour water and simmer. Season with 1 1⁄2 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper, sugar and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
  3. Add pansit canton, gently toss and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp, carrots, snow peas, cabbage and sesame oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with calamansi.

 

5. Chicken Bihon Guisado

Chicken-Bihon-Guisado

Ingredients:

2 pcs Chicken Breast
2 cups Water
0.5 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 cloves Garlic
1 pc Onion
0.5 cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
0.25 tsp freshly ground pepper
0.25 kg Bihon
1 pc Carrot
1 cup String Beans
1 cup Cabbage
2 tbsp Spring Onion
1 tbsp Toasted Garlic

Procedure:

  1. Simmer chicken in water with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® for 5 minutes. Flake chicken and reserve broth.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add broth, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and pepper. Stir in bihon and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flaked chicken, carrot, green beans and cabbage. Cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer into a serving plate and garnish with spring onion and toasted garlic.
