Season pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté pork and garlic in 1 tbsp of oil until golden brown.
Pour vinegar, Soy sauce and water. Add bay leaf and pepper simmer until tender. Set aside overnight in the refrigerator.
Shred pork and set aside. Sauté in oil until crispy. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with rice, fried egg and spiced vinegar.
