If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Combine chicken, garlic, peppercorn, vinegar, soy sauce and water in a pot. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Strain chicken and sauté in oil until golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and coconut cream in the same pan and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
