Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté corned beef in its own juices until crispy. Remove corned beef and set aside.
Sauté garlic in oil. Strain and set aside for topping.
Sauté onion in the same oil. Strain and set aside for topping.
Add rice and vegetables in the same pan. Fluff for 2 mins. Make a well in the center of the pan and pour beaten egg. Stir and cook until just set.
Season fried rice with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a serving plate, top with crispy corned beef, sautéed onion, toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve immediately.
