Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté garlic, onion and sardines with sauce in oil. Set aside.
Roast eggplant over open flame until charred. Set aside in a bowl with cover for 5mins. Peel and flatten. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside.
Beat 1 egg, season lightly with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and place 1 pc of roasted eggplant. Add ¼ of the sardines mixture on top of the eggplant. Fry for 2mins per side.
Remove torta and drain excess oil. Repeat to cook 4 pcs of Tortang Talong. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
