Season pork belly with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
Place pork in a wok and pour vegetable oil. Cook over low heat for 2hrs or until very tender. Strain pork and set aside to cool completely.
Preheat the same oil over high heat. Fry pork for 2 – 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Prepare spiced vinegar by mixing sukang Iloko, garlic, shallot, chili and bagoong Monamon
Mix tomato, bagoong Monamon and shallots.
Cut Bagnet into serving pieces and serve with spiced vinegar and tomato mixture.
