Season bangus with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Coat with flour and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp in the pan. Sauté red onion for 1 minute and set aside.
Step3 of 3
Sauté garlic and finger chili. Pour calamansi juice, soy sauce and water. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, 1/8 tsp pepper and sugar. Add bangus and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a plate, top with onion and serve
