Beef Fried Rice

Step1 of 4
Sauté corned beef in its own using a non stick pan until crispy. Set aside.
Step2 of 4
Combine garlic and oil in wok and cook until light golden brown. Strain and set aside.
Step3 of 4
Sauté onion in the same oil. Add rice and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and gently toss to mix well.
Step4 of 4
Transfer on a serving plate, top with crispy corned beef, toasted garlic, spring onion and fried egg. Serve immediately.
