Marinate beef in MAGGI® Soy and calamansi juice.
Step2 of 3
Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add beef with the marinade. Pour water and simmer until beef is tender. Add water as needed.
Step3 of 3
Add tomato sauce, potato, carrot and bell pepper and continue to simmer until sauce is thick. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
