Marinate beef with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, sugar, garlic and MAGGI® Soy for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking and remove garlic.

Sauté beef in oil over high heat. Transfer on a serving plate, top with toasted garlic and serve.
