Sauté onion in oil until light golden brown. Set aside.

Season beef with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Sauté beef in oil until golden brown and set aside.

Sauté garlic in oil in the same pan. Add beef, soy souce and sugar. Barely cover with water and simmer until tender.

Add calamansi juice and add sautéed onion. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
