If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season shrimp with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Sauté shrimps in batches in 2tbsp of olive oil. Remove and set aside.
Heat remaining 1tbsp of olive oil in the same pan. Sauté onion, garlic, bell peppers and corn kernels. Cook for 2mins.
Add back sautéed shrimp and season with Cajun spice. Cook for another minute. Stir in parsley.
Transfer on a serving plate and serve with lemon wedges.
