Combine bread crumbs and parsley. Season chicken breast with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Coat with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumb mixture. Set aside.

Fry chicken in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.

Preheat oven or toaster. Place slices of tomato and pesto on top of the chicken. Top with parmesan and mozzarella. Broil until cheese is golden brown. Cut into serving pieces and serve with pasta.
