Step1
60 Min
Simmer beef tongue in water for 1 hour. Add garlic, onion, bay leaf and peppercorn. Simmer until tender. Strain and set aside to cool. Strain stock and reserve for sauce.

20 Min
Sauté garlic and mushroom in butter. Add flour. Stir in 4 cups of reserved stock and simmer. Simmer until thick.

60 Min
Remove skin of the tongue and slice. Add to the sauce and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI Soy. Turn off heat and stir in Nestlé All Purpose Cream and parsley. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.​
