Creamy Lengua Estofado

Step1 of 3
Simmer beef tongue in water for 1 hour. Add garlic, onion, bay leaf and peppercorn. Simmer until tender. Strain and set aside to cool. Strain stock and reserve for sauce.
Step2 of 3
Sauté garlic and mushroom in butter. Add flour. Stir in 4 cups of reserved stock and simmer. Simmer until thick.
Step3 of 3
Remove skin of the tongue and slice. Add to the sauce and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI Soy. Turn off heat and stir in Nestlé All Purpose Cream and parsley. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
