If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season pork with 1/2 sachet of MAGGI Magic Sarap and 1 tbsp of MAGGI Savor
Lightly coat the pork with flour and sauté in butter until golden brown.
Add garlic, onion and herbs, cook for 2mins. Stir in water and simmer for 30mins.
Add carrot and continue to simmer for another 10mins.
Temper NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream with the simmering soup. Pour back in the pot and gently simmer.
Season with 1 sachet of MAGGI Magic Sarap and pepper.
Season pork steak with remaining 1/2 sachet or MAGGI Magic Sarap and 1 tbsp of MAGGI Savor.
Sauté pork steak in oil for 2mins per side. Remove and set aside.
Pour Creamy Meat Soup on a serving bowl. Top with bokchoy and pork steak. Top with parsley and serve,
