Crunchy Calamares with Tomato and Garlic Dips

Step1 of 4
For Tomato Dip, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add crushed tomato and water. Simmer until thick. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and sugar. Stir in parsley. Transfer into serving bowl and set aside.

For the Garlic Dip, combine mayonnaise, garlic, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl and set aside.
Step3 of 4
Season squid with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and calamansi juice. Coat well with flour.
Step4 of 4
Fry in preheated oil until light golden brown. Strain and transfer on a plate. Serve with Tomato and Garlic Dips.
