Choose from the list of ingredients
Mix mayonnaise, pickle relish, shallot, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley. Set aside.
Season fish fillet with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Dredge in flour, dip in egg and coat well with breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Fry breaded fish fillet in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Toast burger buns until light golden brown. Spread mayonnaise mixture on toasted burger buns.
Assemble sandwiches with fish fillet with lettuce and tomato. Serve immediately.
