Choose from the list of ingredients
Season bangus with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Add MAGGI® Savor Classic and calamansi juice. Set aside .
Preheat a clean grill. Coat bangus with vegetable oil. Grill for 3 – 4mins per side. Remove and set aside.
Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and serve with Ensalada of onion, tomato and salted egg.
