2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 tsp chili flakes
1 ½ heads garlic, sliced
¼ cup olive oil
¼ kg spaghetti
Boil spaghetti in water for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, gently heat olive oil in a pan with garlic and chili flakes. Pour 1 cup of the pasta water and simmer.
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Stir in parsley and Parmesan cheese (optional).
Strain pasta and toss in the sauce. Cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
