  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI® Savor Calamansi
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp toasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ kg diced beef tenderloin
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Step 1
Marinate beef with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, MAGGI® Savor Calamansi, garlic, sugar and pepper for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat oil in a large pan and sauté beef until golden brown.
Step 3
Add mushrooms and butter and cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and toasted garlic. Serve immediately.
