Nestle Recipe
  • ½ kg sliced sirloin
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 2 tbsp soy souce
  • 1 tbsp toasted garlic
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
  • ½ cup coconut cream
Step 1
Marinate beef with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, sugar, garlic and MAGGI® Soy.
Step 2
Quickly sauté beef in oil over high heat. Add coconut cream and simmer.
Step 3
Immediately transfer on a serving plate, top with toasted garlic and spring onion and serve.
