2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 thumb-size ginger, crushed
1 pc small onion, chopped
¼ kg sliced pork belly (liempo)
2 tbsp bagoong alamang
2 cups coconut milk
¼ kg finger chili (siling panigang), seeded and sliced
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, pork and bagoong.
Pour coconut milk and simmer until pork is tender.
Add finger chili and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
