½ kg boneless chicken thigh, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tsp paprika
4 tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, chopped
4 pcs tomatoes, quartered
¼ cup cashews
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and paprika. Sauté in 2 tbsp of butter. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining 2 tbsp of butter in the same pan and sauté garlic, onion, tomato, and cashews. Add curry powder and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer into a blender and purée until smooth. Pour back sauce into the same pan.
Add chicken and season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Transfer into a serving bowl, top with cilantro, and serve.
