Nestle Recipe
  • ½ kg fish fillet
  • ½ sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp calamansi juiced
Step 1
Season fish fillet with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper.
Step 2
Sauté garlic in butter until light golden brown. Strain and reserve toasted garlic for garnish.
Step 3
Sauté fish in garlic butter. Add soy sauce and calamansi juice. Cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate, garnish with toasted garlic and serve.
