Nestle Recipe
  • ½ kg boneless chicken thigh, cut into pieces
  • 1 pc bay leaf
  • 10 pcs shallots, peeled
  • 2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 8 pcs button mushroom, quartered
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp minced parsley
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 pcs potato, cubed
  • 1 pc carrot, sliced
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Step 1
Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®and coat with flour. Sauté in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Add shallots, garlic, carrot, celery and potato in the same pan and sauté for 10 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour water and add sautéed chicken, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary and mushroom. Season with remaining sachet ofMAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and simmer.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley and serve.
