Nestle Recipe
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp evaporada, mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 kg ground chicken
  • 1 pc 50g small carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp 20g pickle relish
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 pc hard boiled egg, cut into wedges
  • 1 pc red and green bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cheddar cheese, cut half into sticks and grate half
Step 1
Mix breadcrumbs with evaporada and water. Add chicken, carrot and pickle relish. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Mix well.
Step 2
Brush aluminum foil with a little oil. Flatten the mixture and place egg wedges in a row in the center. Roll tightly into a log.
Step 3
Steam for 30 minutes. Unwrap and sauté until light golden brown. Slice, transfer on a plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
