  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 pcs calamansi, juiced
  • ½ kg boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 pc green finger chili, seeded and sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
  • 100 g chicken liver (optional)
  • 2 pcs red onion, chopped
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 pc red chili, seeded and sliced
  • 3 tbsp MAGGI® Savor Classic
Step 1
Season chicken and liver (optional) separately with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Coat with oil and grill until golden brown. Set aside.
Step 2
Coarsely chop chicken and liver. Add garlic, onion, red chili, green finger chili, MAGGI® Savor, calamansi juice, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Preheat a sizzling plate. Add sisig, garnish with toasted garlic and spring onion and serve immediately.
