3 cups water
1 can cream style corn
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
½ cup flaked cooked crab meat
¼ cup cornstarch, dissolved in ¼ cup water
1 pc egg
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
1 tsp sesame oil
Combine water and corn in a pot. Simmer and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Add crab meat. Slowly pour cornstarch and water mixture while stirring to thicken the soup.
Beat egg and slowly pour to soup while gently stirring to create strands of egg. Stir in spring onion and sesame oil. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
