Choose from the list of ingredients
Marinate pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, meat tenderizer, five spice powder, ginger juice, soy sauce and sesame oil overnight in the refrigerator.
Coat pork with beaten egg and cornstarch. Fry pork in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.
Remove oil leaving 1 tbsp in the pan. Sauté garlic and chilies. Add pork and coat well. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.
