Marinate bangus with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, vinegar, garlic and pepper for 10mins.
Preheat oil in large pan and pan fry bangus for 4 minutes per side. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer on a plate and serve.
