¾ kg bangus, cleaned and boneless
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
¼ cup vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Marinate bangus with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, vinegar, garlic and pepper for 1 hour.
Preheat oil in large pan and pan fry bangus for 4 minutes per side. Drain excess oil. Transfer on a plate and serve.
