Nestle Recipe
  • 1 thumb-sized ginger, crushed
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 stalk lemongrass (tanglad), crushed and tied
  • 1/2 cup cubed kalabasa
  • 1 pc sliced eggplant
  • 1/2 cup sliced patola
  • 1 pc red onion, sliced
  • 2 pcs fried galunggong, flaked
  • 2 stalks spring onion, sliced 2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup picked malunggay
  • 1/4 cup picked saluyot
  • 2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1/2 cup sliced okra
Step 1
Combine water, ginger, lemongrass and kalabasa in a pot. Bring to a simmer.
Step 2
Add okra, eggplant and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add patola, galunggong, onion, spring onion, malunggay and saluyot. Simmer and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
