2 pieces fried tilapia, sliced into halves, set aside
2 tbsp atchuete oil
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1 onion, sliced
2 pieces talong, sliced diagonally
½ cup sitaw cut-ups
1 cup water
½ cup peanut butter
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 cup cut into halves pechay
Heat atchuete oil. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add talong then after 30 seconds add sitaw.
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Thicken with peanut butter and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, patis and sugar.
Add pechay then remove from heat. Top fried fish with kare-kare sauce before serving.
