  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ½ cup sitaw cut-ups
  • 2 pieces fried tilapia, sliced into halves, set aside
  • 2 tbsp atchuete oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 cup cut into halves pechay
  • 2 pieces talong, sliced diagonally
Step 1
Heat atchuete oil. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add talong then after 30 seconds add sitaw.
Step 2
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Thicken with peanut butter and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, patis and sugar.
Step 3
Add pechay then remove from heat. Top fried fish with kare-kare sauce before serving.
