Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté garlic, ginger and onion in oil. Add mirin, sugar, water, soy sauce and sesame oil. Simmer until slightly thick. Set aside.
Season fish with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and coat with oil. Grill for 2 minutes per side while brushing with the teriyaki sauce.
Transfer on a plate, pour sauce on top and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
