If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Combine oil and annatto seeds in a pan, heat for 1 minute and strain. Sauté garlic, shallots, pork in annatto oil.
Add peppercorn, vinegar and fish sauce. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Add papaya and bell pepper. Cook for another 5mins. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
