¾ kg bangus, cleaned and boneless
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 pc calamansi, juiced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Season bangus with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Add soy sauce and calamansi juice. Set aside.
Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and serve with Ensalada of onion tomato and salted egg.
Preheat a clean grill. Coat bangus with vegetable oil. Grill for 3 – 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
