Nestle Recipe
  • ¼ cup soy souce
  • 1 pc bay leaf
  • 2 Ounces Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black peppercorn
  • 1 tbsp tausi (fermented salted black beans), rinsed
  • ½ kg pork belly, cut into pieces
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 2 tbsp raw skinless peanuts
  • 1 tbsp mashed tajure (fermented bean curd)
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Step 1
Combine pork, soy souce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorn, sugar and water in a pot. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Add tausi, peanuts, tajure and MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Continue to simmer until pork is tender. Skim off fat.
Step 3
Transfer on a serving plate and pour sauce on top. Optional to serve with quail eggs.
