  • 1 thumb-size ginger, fine julienned
  • ¾ kg large squid, cleaned and drained
  • 2 tbsp soy souce
  • 1 pack 11g MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampaloc Mix®
  • 1 pc green finger chili, biased
  • 6 pcs calamansi, juiced
  • 2 pcs red chili, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pc large red onion, julienned
  • 1 pc cucumber, peeled, quartered, seeded and biased
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 pcs tomato, julienned
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Step 1
Marinate squid in MAGGI® MAGIC SIIGANG® Original Sampaloc Mix, soy souce and pepper. Set aside for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Preheat a clean grill. Coat squid with oil and grill over high heat for 1 minute per side. Set aside for 5 minutes. Cut into bite-size pieces.
Step 3
Combine squid with ginger, onion, tomato, cucumber, green finger chili and red chili. Season with sugar, calamansi and salt. Toss well, transfer into a plate and serve.
