  • ½ cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, divided
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 kg beef ribs
  • 2 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 pc chopped spring onion
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2-3 Siling labuyo
  • 1 medium onion (quartered)
  • 1 liter water
Step 1
Tenderize beef with onion and ¼ cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce in water. If using a pressure cooker, cook 40 minutes after the pressure cooker started to whistle. If not, tenderize beef over low heat for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Adding more water if necessary.
Step 2
When beef is tender and sauce is reduced, season with sweet chili sauce,
Step 3
Top with spring onion and sesame seeds before serving. Serve with sautéed bean sprout on the side.
