Nestle Recipe
  • 1 stalk lemongrass (tanglad), crushed
  • ½ cup sliced patola
  • 1 thumb-size ginger, crushed
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 2 stalks spring onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup picked saluyot
  • 2 pcs fried galunggong, flaked
  • 1 pc gabi, sliced
  • ¼ cup picked malunggay
  • ½ cup cubed kalabasa
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 pc eggplant, sliced
  • ½ cup sliced okra
  • 1 pc red onion, sliced
Step 1
Simmer gabi, ginger and lemongrass in water.
Step 2
Add kalabasa, eggplant, okra and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add patola, galunggong, onion, spring onion, malunggay and saluyot. Simmer and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. . Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
