1 tbsp sliced spring onion
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
3 cups day old rice
1 pc egg, beaten
½ small can luncheon meat, diced
1 pc small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauté garlic, onion and luncheon meat in oil.
Push on the side and pour beaten egg. Stir and cook until barely set.
Add rice and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Pour 2 tbsp of water on the side and gently fluff until steaming hot. Stir in spring onion. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
