Nestle Recipe
  • 1 tbsp annatto seeds (atsuete)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 cups NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • ¼ kg elbow macaroni
  • ½ cup crispy bacon bits
Step 1
Gently heat annatto seeds and butter in a pan. Strain butter into a sauce pot.
Step 2
Add flour and whisk in NESTLÉ Fresh Milk and cheese. Simmer until thick. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Step 3
Boil pasta until cooked. Drain and combine with the cheese sauce. Stir in bacon bits. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
