Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Cream Sauce

¼ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 sprigs thyme, picked
¼ cup water
1 ½ sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 cloves garlic, sliced
½ kg trimmed pork tenderloin
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp minced parsley
½ tsp dried sage
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Marinate pork with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, garlic, thyme and sage overnight in the refrigerator. Remove garlic, thyme and sage.
Sauté pork in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside to rest.
Add mustard and water in the same pan. Season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Add Nestlé All Purpose Cream and parsley.
Slice pork tenderloin, transfer on a serving plate and serve with sauce.
