Nestle Recipe
  • ½ kg bangus, cleaned and cut into steaks
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 thumb-size ginger, cut into strips
  • 4 cups rice washing
  • 2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 stalk scallion, sliced on an angle
  • 1 bundle pechay, remove core and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 head small cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 pc medium onion, sliced
Step 1
Sauté garlic, onion and ginger in oil. Pour in rice washing and simmer.
Step 2
Add bangus and peppercorn. Simmer for 10 minutes. Skim off the scum. Stir in cabbage, pechay, and scallion.
Step 3
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
