½ kg bangus, cleaned and cut into steaks
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 thumb-size ginger, cut into strips
4 cups rice washing
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 stalk scallion, sliced on an angle
1 bundle pechay, remove core and rinsed
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 head small cabbage, cut into pieces
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc medium onion, sliced
Sauté garlic, onion and ginger in oil. Pour in rice washing and simmer.
Add bangus and peppercorn. Simmer for 10 minutes. Skim off the scum. Stir in cabbage, pechay, and scallion.
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
