  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup basil, sliced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • ¾ kg 4 pcs 1-inch thick skinless pork chop
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pcs large red bell peppers, julienned
  • 4 pcs large red onion, cut into wedges
  • ½ sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
Step 1
Marinate pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and olive oil for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Sauté peppers and onion in olive oil until caramelized. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, and sugar. Turn off heat and stir in balsamic vinegar and basil.
Step 3
Pan sear pork chops in a sauté pan for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes. Slice, transfer on a serving platter with the pepper and onion relish.
