¼ kg linguine
½ kg prawns, peeled and deveined
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
¼ cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
¼ kg cherry tomato
1 pc lemon, zest and juiced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp chopped basil
Boil pasta according to package direction.
Season prawns with ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and sauté in olive oil. Remove and ser aside.
Sauté garlic, lemon zest and tomato in the same pan. Add lemon juice and butter. Season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Strain pasta and toss in the sauce with basil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
