  • 6 Okra, sliced into two
  • ¼ cup soy souce
  • ½ cup sliced left-over grilled samgyupsal
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¼ cup Sesame oil
  • 1 Carrot, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 stalks leeks
  • 2 Eggplant, sliced into rounds
  • 2 Boiled sweet potato, cubed
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
Step 1
Marinate eggplant, okra, leeks, carrots and sweet potato in the prepared marinade for at least 30 minutes. Grill until cooked and pork tender. Set aside.
Step 2
Arrange on a salad plate. Top with chopped peanuts and sliced left-over samgyupsal.
Step 3
Serve as a salad appetizer or as main dish.
